"I'm really enjoying the service you deliver. The additional information provided by audio description really makes [television] more enjoyable, which is wonderful." - audio description user

Audio description is an audio narrative that describes the on-screen action and plays in the gaps between the programme’s dialogue. Audio description is designed to fill in the gaps for blind people when enjoying television, movies and theatre.

Able provides high quality audio description for video content. We're funded by NZ On Air to provide audio description for New Zealand television channels TVNZ 1, TVNZ 2 and their +1 channels and TVNZ Duke.
