Wendy, Able's Chief Executive, is taking part in The National Foundation for the Deaf’s Silent Leadership Challenge this year. The Silent Leadership Challenge is a fundraising campaign that asks leaders to carry out four communication challenges on Friday 7th August while wearing bright yellow ear protectors to simulate deafness. The challenges are attending a one-to-one meeting, attending a team meeting, a social get-together and watching TV at home. She looks forward to using Able’s excellent captions for the last challenge!
